Jim, thanks for posting these tests. I'd love to get my conversion on that dyno for a look. Best I can do here is G-tech comparative 0-60 runs. My setup is estimated at the 135 to 140 range.

What no one has mentioned is the very flat torque curve of the Ford and VS 2.0 litre I4's in mid range rpm. That makes these motors soo much nicer than the boxer...and stronger everywhere with respect to torque. Those tests also suggest my seat of pants feeling that modifying the auto trans to peak at 6000 rpm is about 500 rpm too high. My motor feels like it's not pulling much stronger after 5500rpm, and that's with a 268 degree cam in there.

Now if someone with a Tiico "high output" in an auto trans Westy could post some standing start 0-60 times....
