Joe,

Water from the weep hole indicates a seal failure in the water pump. New WP time...

I'm not sure which brand of pump you purchased, but I can tell you from our experiences here in the shop that the Laso brand pumps (German made) are crap. My sales rep at one of the largest parts importers in the USA confirmed this fact. Needless to say, we no longer sell or install the Laso brand pump.

hello all,

My 1.9l 85 water pump is dripping from from the weep hole, is this really common? its making a mess on my oil filter and around that area? not enuff to hit the group but its a mess. Its been in for about 4 months?

new german pump, could it have gave up a ghost already? get middle led warm also

any advise please. since this job is alot of work, don't mind but its a re-work :(
