Subject: Re: Turn signals Blinking Too fast?--bad connection probably

My right front turn signal flashes twice as fast as all of the others and is about the same brightness. I know that the middle spade connection on that turn signal is corroded and partially broken (I think that this is ground connection). My assumption is that this is a poor connection and is responsible for the faster blinking. Prior to the breakage, it flashed at a normal rate. [I wish I could say that I have replaced the spade connector and the blinker flashes normally again but this is on my list of things to do.]

It wouldn't hurt to check the bulb types. Mistakes can be made.

That said, I once had the fast flashing on one side problem and, in my case, it was a bad connection due to corrosion.
