I dunno he checked abunch of stuff out including some of the stuff youve mentioned, This morning when we took the van out for a spin they seemed to be blinking the same speed. SLOW lol I think either they guy at DMV was a nut or something he did corrected the problem. Going to take it back thru inspection weds next all ill let ya'll know if its passes Cross all your fingers and toes for me that was the only thing wrong with it!! Go figure lol
