<P><FONT face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size=3>So, I'm approaching the day when I'll need a new engine.&nbsp; My trusty Carat is now &gt;172K miles and the leak in the passenger head is getting worse -- this is my daily driver.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size=3>Can some folks out there with FIRST HAND knowledge chime in with comments on why you would use the GoWest Rebuilt Wasserboxer 2.1 ($3495 + $1500 core) or the AVP Rebuilt Wasserboxer 2.1 ($1800 + $800 core)?&nbsp; I'm not basing everything on price, but I'd like to hear some words from those of you who actually HAVE either of these installed and running for some time.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size=3>In grazing through the archives, the information seems to get emotionally charged pretty quick.&nbsp; I'm not looking for opinions here, just the facts from those who have these engines installed.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size=3>So, if you have the AVP (from Bus Depot) or a GoWesty rebuilt running in your Van, can you let me know if you are satisfied with it?&nbsp; How long you've been running (miles/km)? And, would you use the engine again?</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=Verdana>Of course, I could end up just replacing the heads..... ($1000 for a set from both Bus Depot and GoWesty).</FONT></P>
