Last weekend, I had a chance to look into the various suggestions to cure my stuck sliding door. The thing that worked was adjusting the rod that actuates the latch at the rear of the door. If you've never looked in there, it's very easy and self explanatory. You need two wrenches and two minutes and you can put the door panel back in and not worry any more about pulling the door open with your hands or cranking hard on the handle. Jim |
