Subject: Parting Out Vanagon - 87' Syncro

I'm parting out what's left of an 87' Syncro. The front & rear transaxles are gone as well as the front suspension. The rear seating and carpet is taken. I've swapped out the two front doors with my 84' and will probably end up swapping out the rear hatch. Bumpers are dented. Gauges are gone. Shifter is gone. The body is in good condition for the most part. It would have been worth getting back on the road, if the front end hadn't been cut out. All of the AC ductwork from the AC unit forward is available. Outside plastic (white) is good, but the inside plastic (black) has cracked mounting holes. If I were using it, I'd reinforce it with some thin gauge sheet metal. Blue front seats with non-adjustable arm rests are available. I may or may not install the front lights and grill in my 84'. Rear suspension is available. Sliding door is in good condition. The left rear tail light is available. Other parts are available too, but I just thought I would mention most of the ones I could think of. Let me know of what specific items you need, and I'll take a look for them. Van is located north of Nashville, TN. David Wilhite 84' Westy Mi
