              rear of van

Those logos can look good. Most are worn out chrome and all. Here is what I did. First, they are easily removed by gently prying them out with a puddy knive covered with a rag.Clean em good. Spray with a satin black spray can from advance auto or other flaps. Then go to a auto body supply house and get a spray can of wheel silver paint. The stuff at advance is not the right color. Next , get a paint roller from Home Depot. A small one about 3 inches is width. Spray your roller with the silver paint to load it up. Only takes a small amount.Next, carefully and softly roll the logo with this. The raised vanagon , and volkswagon letters will get the paint, and the lower areas will stay stay satin black. you can screw up a few times an repaint the black areas. Then try a rerolling again. I did it second time just right. I got a wood bock of 2X4 and drilled 2 holes in it for the prongs on the rear of the logo to stick into. This made the log lay flat and even. The results are very nice, and cheap.
