Yep, "S" is signal, and + and - are power. Connect "S" to sender terminal "G" (for "Gauge"). "WK" stands for "Warnlicht Kontact" (Warninglight Contact), and that terminal behaves just like the standard .3bar stock sensor so you can still have the function of your oil warning light system.
