The slip yoke driveshafts were being made by Storm (Don Storm) but he left and now being made by Ed. Here is Storm's email from last Sept:

I talked with Ed a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't clear whether he had any made or would make them to order, but just call him. [I don't know the GoWesty source, but their picture looks exactly like the A1 to me.]
