The intake boot for the air cooled model 80-83.5 has been NLA for some time
now.  The water cooled variety (there are 3 different ones, one of them
Syncro only), depending on the year is becoming hard to find and I have it
on good authority VW will be obsoleting them in the near future.  Ken @
Vanagain.com can usually supply new ones for the water cooled.

But please, when looking for that elusive part, give the year, model and
perhaps the engine series you have.  It will go a long way to accurately
answering the "help" question.

BTW, reproductions of the boot are in the planning and prototype stage at
Ventura Warehouse Group (VWG) and will be coming soon late this year and
into the next.
