To all,
      I have a 1982 Vanagon diesel for sale.It's a project.It comes with
2) 1.6TD motors both from Quantums, an '83 and '84,100k+ on
each.(rebuildable).The body is good with no rust holes or repaired
rust.It has 160,000 miles, original trans.,a little noisy but shifts
excl.
2nd trans.('83)) has 30,000 miles, from a fire.Both 4 spds. Brand new
disks and calipers in boxes for '88 to '91 (larger).It has a folding
bed from a '88 westy, as well as the front seats,all new clutch hydr.,
o.k. michelin tires.It has been sitting for 4 years out on my
drainfield with a ground cover under it.Interior is fair, glass is all
good. I got it 8 years ago as project,put it together, drove it 2
summers,(cooling system bled perfectly; never overheated) and had to
borrow the motor for my '85 jetta; planning eventually to put a 1.6 or
1.9 TD in it.Health changed those plans,so I must part with it. Of the
40+ VW's that I've had; it's #2 only to my '65 van.It must be gone in 2
weeks Though.Gone.The first $500 (obo) and a way to get it out of here
