It's called flocking. You must not have been around in the seventies when people were flocking whole cars! You spray on a special flocking adhesive. Not that's not an expletive describing the adhesive, it's a special adhesive to adhere the chopped fiber known as flocking. The flocking comes in a bag and is sprayed on with a special flocking blower. Oh, boy, that's gonna get censored. Jim
