There are two things you need. The swivel mechanism, and the seat. First, let's talk about the seat. In order to accomodate the swivel, the Westy seat is slightly smaller (less leg support) than a standard Vanagon seat. Some folks find it a bit uncomfortable, especially on long drives. You could use any Vanagon seat on the swivel mechanism as the slide is the same. You can also go for Recaro seats such as GoWesty sells. On the stock Westy the swivel mechanism is welded to the seat frame overlapping the stock rails. Someone (I forget who) has a similar swivel mechanism that doesn't requiring welding in place like the Westy version.
