You do not have to dilute waste vegetable oil but it does need to be filtered. It also usually needs to have a heated fuel tank, lines, and filter as it is ten times more viscous then diesel fuel. Some people in warm parts of the country report not having to heat their systems but the rest of us have no choice and must, I would hate to have to clear out a fuel system with jelled veggie oil in it.
