Lambda-sensing fuel injection systems like the AFC, Digijet, and Digifant are actually pretty good at adapting to ethanol just as they are. Most likely all you'll need is a minor timing tweak, and that's not even truly necessary. Usually it's carburated cars that are the big pain to convert, requiring physically changing the jets.
