Calipers with pistons, brake pads, and a couple of washers (spacers) about 5mm thick. At least one of my kits didn't have the spacers.

You will want to have fresh brake fluid on hand, and you might consider flushing all of the brake fluid while you are installing the SA Big Brakes anyway.

When I put mine own, we removed the existing bracket for the (rubber) brake line, reversed it and mounted in a different location (as the OEM location doesn't exist on the SA Big Brake caliper.) That meant we had to straighten the metal line a bit to accomodate the new mounting spot. Also be careful of the arrangement of the rubber hose. We didn't shorten it, though it might not be a bad idea to shorten it slightly. Make sure that the rubber hose does not rub anywhere at any angle of the wheel (you'll need an asisstant to help bleed the brakes lines anyway.
