Subject: Passed smog

Well, the 84GL finally passed smog. What it all came down to was increasing the RPM by about 100 (up to 990 at idle) and then a minor adjustment of the AMF CO screw and it passed. In checking past history, whenever I go in and the RPM is at about mid range or below, it fails. When it is near the top end, it passes. Interesting. I am still looking for a really good way to adjust the AFM spring. Will work on it and report back if there is any breaking news.

William
