<P>This is my first post after lurking on,&nbsp;and enjoying the list&nbsp;for over 6 months.&nbsp; </P>
<P>Our 90 GL has a rusted connector pipe, the 12 inch segment that connects the catalytic converter to the connector manifold.&nbsp; I'm going to replace it.&nbsp; I was wondering if the group had any advice as to whether or not I should replace more sections while I'm at it.&nbsp; I strongly believe in doing the job "once and right".&nbsp; Are there other pieces that are probably near death?&nbsp; I did the tap test with a wrench and the headers seem to be solid.&nbsp; The tail pipe is toast and I'll replace that for sure.&nbsp; So, I guess I'm wondering if I should just replace all but the two sections of header that attach to the block. </P>
<P>If the answers to this are in the archives, then I'm sorry for using bandwidth.&nbsp; Please direct me to the archives as I've not found them on my own.</P>
