The cost of travelling is going up here the same as all through N America. I have a couple of mopeds to get around town and do some shopping they get 80-150 miles to the gallon and most places you don't need a special licence to drive them. Ontario just insututed a new law that you have to have a limited motorcycle licence for them. They are light enough that I carried one for 27000 K on the back of my Westy and it worked great. Keep an eye out at garage sales you can usually pick thm up fairly cheaply.
