Mark. Thanks, that sounds like good advice. What about the apparent stickiness of the handle you pull up on (located in the middle of the seat and in the back) to turn the bench into the bed? I imagine that is why the post is loose -- because I've had to whale on the seat to get it to release. Is there a magic lubricant to use? Should I just squirt lithium grease liberally in there?
