This is still about lost Vanagon Alloys (vanagon content.) I was told they'd refund half of the doubled shipping charges, which they haven't done. Then two days ago I had an additional charge to my bank account for $220.00. I called and found out that they charged me a return fee was because they tried to deliver the wheels three times and couldn't get a signer, so they returned to sender. The sender Address? 1871 S. Monroe st, Denver (my address.) The receiver Address? 1871 S. Monroe St., Denver. (also my address.) So UPS is saying they brought them from my house to my house, nobody signed for them, so they took them back to my house. Yet I still have no wheels, and the trace department is still investigating my lost wheels. I've now spoken with fifteen UPS reps in four departments in five days, I'm out $450 additional dollars, and again I still have no wheels. I'm going to have an anyeurism. Joe T.
