Why bother with a city water connection at all? Then you can also replace the Westy faucet with the far better ShurFlo . These have a swiveling and pivoting head as well as a very reliable on/off switch knob. The knob also allows control of how much water comes out, letting you conserve it and not make as much waste water either.
