Use the search box on the left side of our website. If the part is still available it should come up. If so, click on it and you may see application data (if it is in our database). Our site covers all VW models, not just vans. If the part number has letter suffixes, you can also try entering the number without those suffixes and see what comes up. The part you find in that case may not be the exact application, but it may at least clue you in to what sort of part it is and what model it may fit.

You can also use the following section of our Resources page to decipher the part number: <http://busdepot.com/links.jsp#NUMBERING>

Incidentally, I have been working on adding part number cross-references to our site as well. So if you type in one part number and a different part number comes up, it is generally a superceded number that fits the same application. The same applies to many Bosch part numbers; in many cases entering the Bosch number will prompt the original part number it replaces.
