I feel your pain man...
I recieved a Porsche G50 trans from back east...Cracked bell housing from
rough handling...UPS paid for repair...I sent it back...got to the dealer
and it had been dropped on its nose...they sent it back...on the return, it
had the housing cracked once again...Three trip...3 claims...Never got tired
of cashing their checks though...
Sent it back the last time ..ON A Truck...had seen enough of that one...
Fedex is notorius for billing problems...
DHL is best SO Far other than the current Kim Brennan's late getting there
diff after I got the labels on 2 boxes switched...

This is still about lost Vanagon Alloys (vanagon content.)

I was told they'd refund half of the doubled shipping charges, which they
haven't done.

Then two days ago I had an additional charge to my bank account for $220.00.

I called and found out that they charged me a return fee was because they
tried to deliver the wheels three times and couldn't get a signer, so they
returned to sender.

The sender Address?  1871 S. Monroe st, Denver (my address.)
The receiver Address?  1871 S. Monroe St., Denver. (also my address.)

So UPS is saying they brought them from my house to my house, nobody signed
for them, so they took them back to my house.

Yet I still have no wheels, and the trace department is still investigating
my lost wheels.

I've now spoken with fifteen UPS reps in four departments in five days, I'm
out $450 additional dollars, and again I still have no wheels.

I'm going to have an anyeurism.
