I have two weeks off starting 13 May, and so long I have no major mechanical incidents on my drive to and from Zion NP the first week, I'll have the second week free for stupid projects. Definitely I'll try the emblem repaint with vaseline masking (thanks for the tip Jake) and report back to the list. I might even finally get a prototype digital microcontroller based idle control unit replacement assembled. Pictures of all, of course, will go up on my web server once I get THAT fixed too... maybe I need THREE weeks off...
