I did my front bearings last weekend, so the details are fresh in my mind. New rotors do not include bearing races. I bought new bearings and pressed them into the rotors using an arbor press here at work. They weren't super-difficult to press in, so transferring the races to new rotors seems do-able. I use Tom Carrington's site as a reference, as he has a great write-up on the procedure, including removing the bearing races.
