Since we are talking about lights maybe someone can answer this one. Quite a while ago I had to replace my clutch/pressure plate. To do this we had to remove the transmission from the engine, etc, etc.. Well, there are two wires that slide onto a couple tabs on the transmission for the reverse lights. Since hooking the wires back up the lights will come on the first time I put the van in reverse like they should but then they will never turn off again. I have tried swapping the wire with one another and that doesn't work either. So I just un-hooked them - it would be nice to have those lights back again though. Any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix it?
Thank you,
