Despite having read all of the info on removing the Westy sliding window screens, it
wasn't easy, what with pushing in and down from the outside and prying from the
inside, but I finally managed to get them off and only broke one clip. I decided I
wasn't going to fight this battle again, so I broke or cut off the rest of the clips
and drilled a small hole through the screen frame above where the clips had been and
into the aluminum window frame. Four small sheet metal screws and now I know how to
remove the screens.

off--rats.) and used Krazy glue to mend the broken frame. Then used same glue to
reattach the loose screen--used plastic barber's hair clips to hold the screen down
while drying.

with the screen in place yet still keep it locked. You can buy one from
Eurocampser.com($12) or make one. For the skylight, finally I broke down and bought a
reproduction screen with blind.
