hi robert, same problem here, replaced idle stab and no change. i just manually adjusted the idle lower. the prob with that however is the potential of the van stalling on first start up when idling until it is warm thru. so don't know exactly the cause i more or less just deal. incidentally i keep my idle at about 900+-. 1500 is way high, that's when i started to tinker. if you get some better advice i'd like to know as i have been dealing with this for a couple of years, and i replace icu, stabilizewr, o2 sensor and fiddled with grounds as well, nothing worked. just some thoughts jason
