That is one to check, Ben... I sometimes get rough running on cold starts in my '85, if I wiggle the electrical connector to this, it smooths out. I've tried contact cleaner on the pins and connector, but it's still a little bit flaky.

I'm assuming we are both talking about the little thing up on the upper-right forward wall of the engine bay (two-pin electrical connector and a vacuum line I always need to pull off to get the air box out).
