If you are successful in converting, don't forget that your mileage will decrease significantly and total fuel costs will increase about 10-20%.

For instance, see: http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/byfuel/FFV2006.shtml where you can see side by side comparisons of the same vehicle running the different fuels.
