Yes, and with conical seats if you are converting from steel wheels.

If by "lugs" you mean studs, sure you can. The sell screw in studs. My the time you're done, it will have cost as much as using factory bolts. I can get them for $3. These are galvanized (from SA) rather than chrome. Otherwise, works the same way.

They should bolt right one. VW went to conical seat lugnuts so that they did not have to switch to longer studs to install alloy wheels which have thicker (than steel) mounting pads.
