I am inclined to think that you are referring to the Westy single middle seat instead of the folding and removable jumpseats that Chris Gronski seems to be referring to. The Westy single middle seat which sits on a locking box has a seat which can be interchanged with the front seats. They did not originally come with head restraints though the plugs are under the upholstery so you can add them.
