We actually have ample info on this in the archives so I will just give you a quickie answer. yes they can be retrofitted. Heavy bolts can be substituted for welding (as in the factory install). There is debate on this in the archives regarding the floor mounts. Some say just use holes in the plywood floor of your Westy. I personally prefer welding or bolting the heavy steel receiver cups that the factory made for this installation. The rest of the brackets and seat belts can be bolted with washers of sufficient size to distribute the load, IMHO.
