no, spammers have lots of time, they don't need to pay for prioritized service. your spam may just be a bit more "outdated" without this bill.

the fear is that AT&T, COMCAST, etc can make their competators websites slower and play with things that have been pretty much left alone. I doubt they'd do it anyway because playing with quality of service costs a lot of money.

I'm personally more worried about AT&T being in the back pocket of the CIA at this point (or vice versa)

But I think this bill is worth supporting.
