When i bought my van (84 westy) the PO told me it had a 1.9 and it was changed to a 2.1. I'm looking at new motors and their are two catagories in the 2.1 list. The first being a 1.9 converted over to a 2.1 and the second being a 2.1 liter engine. My question is how do i tell if mine was a converted 1.9 or a straight out 2.1. It appears that their is a differance in the install between the two. Any help from you motor heads will help.
