I didn't check voltage on the pump motor because I could hear it humming even when nothing was squirting. I made a little tiny funnel by cutting and bending a piece of a plastic Taco Bell cup and taping it to the end of the washer tube with duct tape. It was not pretty nor efficient, and I spilled washer fluid everywhere. But apparently enough fluid actually got down the tube to prime it. Not pretty at all, but effective enough!
