in our westy this valve does not seem to exist. when i hook up water at normal pressure, its a mess because the sink spout cannot deal with the high pressure. some people mailed me they use a pressure regulator outside of the van (on the city water hose). it seems maybe your customers van was upgraded to incorporate this feature?
