Does it have a water pump that pressurizes the system?

In my motorhome, I know there is a valve that is supposed to allow it to
pressurize on one side with the water pump, and then when pressure comes
from the other direction (city water) it allows it to flow through...

Is this the same inlet as the water TANK?
