You didn't say what kind of tranny you have...

If it's a 2WD manual, Redline MT90 is really good IMHO.

Just make sure you can remove the fill plug before you drain the old fluid out. This 17mm allen socket tool makes it real easy to get plug out.. http://tinyurl.com/fy33g

One way to get new fluid in is to use a long flexible hose with funnel and bring it out through the wheel well. Have a helper slowly pour oil into the funnel while you hold the other end of the hose on the tranny fill hole....or get a siphon pump but long hose with helper is probably easier.
