I finished my Syncro 2.1 waterpump replacement and took a closer look at the springs in these 2 vans. I am no longer as confident in my assertion as I was when I made it. While I have no way to be certain that each has it's original springs, they don't look different and the heights are close enough to call the presence of different springs into some doubt. The 87 is parked as a parts van so I can't take proper measurements. The 88 GL I use daily and it never felt like it had the lowered springs but it does have tall tires. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Mark mark drillock wrote: > No, the 88 GL springs are taller than the Wolfy and Carat springs.
