Jay,

The O2 sensor is a good place to start, but it is best to be systematic and not proceed based on guess work.

Attached is a set of files that have a rather complete explanation of how the fuel injection system works and how to diagnose and trouble shoot the system. They were written by list member Mark Keller.

Also attached are some files written by several other well informed list members that focus on the O2 sensor.
