Can't say for certain about the back, but I do know that the seal around the front windshield is notorious for exactly that sort of leak. I wouldn't be surprised to hear an older rear window seal was doing the same thing. I finally got my windshield to quit leaking by filling in the space under the outer outside lip of the seal with 3M Heavy Drip-Chek sealant <* http://tinyurl.com/gtl3h*>. The stuff stinks like model glue and sticks like liquid chewing gum, but once it cures, ain't nuthin' getting through.
