Hello All,

Sorry for cross post on the three lists. I have a East Coast Vanagon / Vanaru converted 1983 Vanagon Adventurewagen that I am taking from Philadelphia to Oakland, CA on to Long Beach, WA. We are taking route 80 most of the way. We may be in need of assistance along the way... advice on the cheapest gas... driveways to in which to sleep.

Also, anyone who wants to see this great van with a very spunky engine, just ask and we'll try to swing by. I can't wait to get it on the Boston's dyno, its the most powerful 2.2 that i've felt.

This trip is the very first in a long line of dream travels that we've had. We bought this van about a year ago and after many trials have finally gotten underway. We're going to workamp for four months... How exciting!!! Please PM if you have any advice, a place to stay, or want to check this bad girl.

I couldn't have done it without this list and without Hans at East Coast Vanagon. What a difference a subaru makes.

Dan Gordon Lora Iannarelli
