Not sure if they are what you are looking for, but it seems to me that the (I think California) company that makes the ocean going, sit on top kayaks make a plastic cleat that pop rivets onto their kayacks for various gear tying-on purposes, functions and applications. In any color you want providing you want black.

Hi volks,

I'm gathering everything necessary for a complete painting/refurbishing of the poptop, however, the only source I see for the cleats at Gowesty shows them out of stock.

I don't see them on the Bus Depot's site or any others for that matter.

Does anybody know of another source for these, perhaps even a non-automotive source such as a marine supplier?
