I spotted this at International Contemporary Furniture Fair in NYC this
week.

The pictures show it being towed or even hauled on the roof of cars. Light
enough to be towed by a vanagon.....

And after you're finished using it - you can slice up some carrots, celery
and potatoes....  :OP
