yeah, now that I think about it more, I think you are right about the other shaft(s). You may need to separate the final drive from the engine so that you can get all the shafts engaged. It's pretty easy to do that since you've got the whole thing out of the van. Then you can get the AT and final drive together and reattach the engine.
