If you mean where the mudflap attaches to the side of the van, it is attached by a plastic push pin that you won't be able to reuse once you pull it out. It is like the plastic things that hold the door panels in, and it is attached to the mudflap by a screw/stud. So you just pull that out, but I don't know where you get the replacement to use when you put it back.
