RE: Audiovox CCS100 The behavior that Richard describes is almost exactly the way my OLD cruise control worked: Slow to engage, large/wide drift in speed. BUT the new one is perfect. Engages exactly at the speed I'm running and engages instantly with no perceptible movement of the throttle pedal. I touch the Set button and lift my foot, just that fast, and the van continues on down the road at the exact same speed. If there is any drift in speed I have not noticed it. It will slow down on a steep hill and pick up a little on a steep downhill but that's all. The guy that did the install has been putting these things into Vanagons for years and has it down pat, knows exactly what settings to use. I'll try to contact him and get the settings he uses and pass them on to the list. (I'm not about to pull the servo on mine to see what the DIP switches are set to, it's running so perfect I don't want to take chances.)
